Zimbra web interface features:

• AJAX-based end user interface which is rich, interactive, and web based for use of your customers that is accessable via HTTP or HTTPS.

• Automatic updates: The web interface automatically updates to display messages and other updates.

• Online help: The online help allows the user to access a help area from within the web interface.

Cross application features:

• Account quota: This information is displayed as a tool tip on the user’s name.

• Trash folder: This is available for each application such as email, calendar, and tasks which allow the user to recover information if it was accidentally deleted.

• Tasks and appointment reminders which allow an optional popup or email reminder to alert the user of an event.

• Color selection allows color tags to be applied to folders, tags, preferences and admin console.

• Meetings: The ability to send email to a meeting organizer and all attendees is available with Zimbra.

• Undo action: Mail and contacts actions can be undone using the “undo” dialog.
