Everyone’s Servers can setup your WHMCS.
WHMCS is the complete, all-in-one client, billing and support management system that allows you to create invoices, either one time or recurring, to help maximize your company’s efficiency. WHMCS also has fraud screening also, which will crack down on chargebacks and fraudulent transactions.
Once you purchase your license from WHMCS, we would need your server information to setup the WHMCS portal for your clients. Also needed, but not required, is a SSL certificate for your clients to know that their information is being safely transmitted. Everyone’s Servers can purchase a SSL certificate for you, configure your webserver and install it for WHMCS to use.
We can setup WHMCS on a virtual private server or dedicated server of your own, however we may offer you a virtual private server on our network to install it on in case you are worried about your client area having a problem due to the network going down, if your client area was on your network it would go down but if it was on our network – your customers would still have a way to communicate with you during the network or hardware outage and also you would have a way to communicate to them that everything would be restored within a specific amount of time rather than spending all your time updating your Twitter, Facebook or realizing you cannot send out a mass email with your client area down.
